The commission for a real estate agent is an important factor to consider when buying or selling property. Agents earn a commission on the properties they sell, which is typically divided between the agent representing the seller and the agent representing the buyer. If another agent is involved, such as a co-agent or business partner, you can calculate their share as well. Simply select YES or NO from the drop-down menu. The rest of the calculations are done automatically.
